Chunky Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe avocados

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • juice of 1 lime

  • pinch of kosher salt

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced (optional)


Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.

2. Using a fork and knife, roughly mash the avocados.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.

4. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl.

5. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
